In this structure, the company maintains ownership and regular servicing of the AIIoT equipment and analytics systems, and the customer, such as a tea factory pays a one-time fee for hardware installs bundled with process monitoring at the outset as well as ongoing analytics, so they can refine and improve their processes over time, and get real-time feedback as they improve the quality and efficacy of their production lines. Additional software modules are paid for on demand, on monthly and annual subscription basis. Discounts are applied each time we are seeding a new project deployment. The pricing is designed so that the customer could reap x times the value of their investment while we ICP makes a healthy offering. ICP further sells aggregated data on a similar subscription basis to interested parties for legally acceped purposes agreed upon by relevant authorities and stakeholders.
